One Arroyo Foundation Seeks Public Input for Next Restoration Project
Pasadena, CA – August 12, 2024 – As the One Arroyo Foundation celebrates the progress of its first trail restoration project, the organization is excited to announce that it is now planning its next steps in collaboration with the City of Pasadena. To ensure that future restoration efforts align with community priorities, the Foundation is soliciting public feedback on which areas of the Arroyo Seco should be the focus of its next project.
The survey invites residents and visitors to share their thoughts on a variety of potential projects, including the restoration of the Brookside Amphitheater, improvements to the Bird Sanctuary, replacing and restoring benches, enhancing accessible trails, and establishing new sidewalks, among others.
“We believe that community input is crucial in helping us determine our future priorities,” said Dan Rothenberg, President and CEO of the One Arroyo Foundation. “The Arroyo Seco is a treasured resource, and your feedback will play a vital role in ensuring that our next project benefits all who enjoy its natural beauty and cultural significance.”
The survey is designed to be brief, taking less than five minutes to complete, and is an important opportunity for the public to contribute to the preservation, restoration, and celebration of the Arroyo Seco.
